Awarenessinfo media has gathered that in a bold move to safeguard global energy security, United States President Donald Trump has appealed to major economies, including China, France, Japan, and the UK, to join forces with the US in deploying warships to the strategically vital Strait of HormuzThis comes after Iran's reported attempt to restrict access to the critical shipping route, sparking concerns of a significant disruption to global oil supplies.

The Strait of Hormuz, a narrow waterway connecting the Persian Gulf to the Gulf of Oman, is a lifeline for international trade, with approximately 20% of global oil shipments passing through it. Any disruption to this route could have far-reaching consequences for global energy markets and economies.

In a post on his Truth Social platform, Trump emphasized the need for collective action to ensure the strait's security, stating, "Many Countries, especially those who are affected by Iran’s attempted closure of the Hormuz Strait, will be sending War Ships, in conjunction with the United States of America, to keep the Strait open and safe".

Trump specifically mentioned China, France, Japan, South Korea, and the UK as potential partners in this effort, highlighting the global impact of the crisis. However, it's unclear which countries have formally agreed to participate, with no immediate confirmation from allied governments.

The US president's call for international cooperation comes amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, with Iran's military capabilities allegedly severely weakened but still capable of posing a threat to shipping in the strait.

Trump warned, "We have already destroyed 100% of Iran’s Military capability, but it’s easy for them to send a drone or two, drop a mine, or deliver a close range missile somewhere along, or in, this Waterway".

To address these threats, Trump vowed to take decisive military action, stating, "In the meantime, the United States will be bombing the hell out of the shoreline, and continually shooting Iranian Boats and Ships out of the water. One way or the other, we will soon get the Hormuz Strait OPEN, SAFE, and FREE!".

The situation remains fluid, with Iran reiterating its refusal to allow oil shipments to benefit the US, Israel, and their allies. As tensions continue to simmer, the international community watches closely, awaiting the outcome of Trump's diplomatic efforts and the potential implications for global energy security.
